When a tenant moves out, whatever they left behind has to go before the next one moves in. We clear the unit so it’s empty and broom-clean.
Furniture that wasn’t worth the move, mattresses, bagged household goods, the contents of a closet nobody emptied. We take all of it, and we handle the parts that make these jobs awkward: walk-ups, narrow stairways, street parking, and elevator reservations that have to be booked in advance.
Turnaround is usually the whole point. Next-day and same-week are both realistic with a bit of notice — the sooner you call, the easier it is to put you where you need to be in the schedule.

Turnovers are priced on volume and time: how much is left in the unit and how long it takes to get it down to the truck. A studio with a couch and a few boxes is a short job. A two-bedroom walk-up that was left full is not, and the quote says so before we start rather than after.
