Office Cleanouts

We can work weekends or outside business hours so a working office isn’t disrupted while we’re carrying desks through it. That does need advance notice, so give us a few days’ lead time and we’ll schedule around your hours rather than through them.

Office buildings usually come with rules: a loading dock, a freight elevator that needs reserving, a certificate of insurance on file before anyone works in the building. We can send a COI — tell us what your building or management company requires and we’ll get it over.

Usable office furniture gets donated where we can place it, and electronics get recycled rather than landfilled.

Office jobs are priced on volume and time, same as everything else — how much of the truck the load fills and how long it takes to move it out. Access drives the time here more than the furniture does: a ground-floor suite with a loading dock is a quicker job than a fourth floor sharing one elevator with the rest of the building.
