Clearing an entire house is a different job from a pickup, and it usually comes at a difficult time. We handle the whole thing — every room, the basement, the attic, the garage — and leave it broom-clean.
We work directly with executors, families, realtors, and attorneys’ offices, and we do it often. If there’s a closing date or a listing date driving the schedule, tell us and we’ll work to it.
Before anything leaves, we sort. Usable furniture and household goods get donated where we can place them, recyclables get recycled, and the rest is disposed of properly. If there are items the family wants set aside, point them out and we’ll leave them where they are.
Whole-house jobs get quoted as one number for the whole job, not room by room. We look at how much there is to move and how long it will take, then give you the price before we start. Walking the house first is the most accurate way to do it, and for a cleanout it’s usually worth the visit.
